I work at the intersection of diversity, equity, and inclusion as a professional, writer, and speaker.

My journey has taught me that inclusion is about creating spaces where people feel seen and heard, not just counted. I bring that lens into everything I do — from shaping conversations on belonging to writing about the ways identity and leadership meet in the workplace.

This site is where I collect my work and reflections: essays, toolkits, and my newsletters. Brewing Inclusivity is my bi-monthly series on LinkedIn, while my more personal newsletter goes directly to my community over email.

For me, this space is less of a portfolio and more of an invitation to think, question, and imagine fairer ways of working and living together.

From gender and sexuality to disability and culture, each edition explores the questions, challenges, and possibilities of building spaces where people truly belong. Through stories, insights, and reflections, I hope to spark conversations that move us closer to workplaces that are fairer and more humane.
